Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Saturday by our preferred courier service. Orders received on a Saturday after 10am and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the stock levels on the website up to date, there may be times when items are out of stock, due to database discrepancies or damaged items. Please note that at times we may not be able to restock all items and these will be removed from the website.  We do not offer a backorder system at present.

Postage Rates

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us within 48 hours of receipt.  Do not return any items without contacting us first.

Should any of your order be unsuitable we will happily exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.  This excludes the supply of books & magazines, which are non-returnable unless damaged.  We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was sent in error or faulty. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.  Once we have received notification from you that you wish to return an item we will issue you with a refund or replacement within 14 days.   Should a refund be required, this wil be made via your original payment method. 

When returning items it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.  Please also ensure that you obtain a proof of postage to cover against any claims.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Reason for return i.e. faulty, not as described

Confirm whether you would like a replacement or refund.
